Integrated in a global procurement team, dedicated to IT&T category, you will: - Align with the global objectives defined by the global category director and the operational and financial managers of the SBU / BU and internal IT to achieve the best value for money - establish and maintain a business partnership being close to your internal customers to support them winning business as well as driving value for money initiatives - Secure early involvement of Procurement already in budget planning stage - Implement procurement strategies defined at group level; develop, extend and adapt them to local contexts if necessary - Perform local spend and market analysis to contribute to global sourcing strategies - identify local savings initiatives in line with global strategies, estimate ist savings potential and deliver them according to savings budget - Work within a team of international buyers and Global Category Managers, - Continuously optimize procurement KPIs, with a particular focus on savings, supplier base management, and compliance with the procurement group policy - Manage IT & Telco projects with project managers and architects in line with schedule and budget. - Ensure stakeholders satisfaction and suppliers relationship - Anticipate and manage risks - Take care of the contractual negotiations and the implementation of the contracts in each French site as well as other European countries where appropriate - Contribute to the respect of the Group's values by ensuring that suppliers act in accordance with these values: Code of Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption Policy, Group Fair Competition Laws - You have 3 to 5 years of experience including experience in IT & Telco category management - You have already developed a procurement strategy that has resulted in significant and sustainable cost reduction while demonstrating an improved service to stakeholders. -You have the ability to implement innovative solutions to deploy your initiatives in a changing and demanding environment. - You master the office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and are familiar with at least one ERP - Fluent English - You enjoy teamwork and you are comfortable in matrix organizations - You are rigorous and organized, - You have an analytical mindset and a good synthesis capacity in order to deal with multiple information and to successfully complete the work entrusted to you - You are proactive, fast, pugnacious, and you know how to work in project mode - You have good communication skills and know how to manage your network, internally as well as externally - You have strong interpersonal skills helping you drive change in a competitive environment - You are perceived as a negotiator who knows how to be strong and fair to get suppliers fitting the expectations of your internal stakeholders
